Tech Scholar<strong>\u00a0\u00a0Shreyasi Som <\/strong>has been selected for<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>the prestigious\u00a0<strong>POSOCO Power System Awards-2018 <\/strong>in<strong>\u00a0\u201cMasters\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>Category<strong>.<\/strong><\/p><p>POSOCO Power System Award (PPSA) is an initiative to recognize and reward innovative technical research excellence in power system by discovering and encouraging fresh Doctoral\/Masters research accomplishments in power system and related field. This project is a joint venture of Power System Operation Corporation (POSOCO), a subsidiary of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (POWERGRID), and Foundation for Innovation &amp; Technology Transfer (FITT), IIT, Delhi.<\/p><p><strong>Shreyasi Som <\/strong>carried out research on \u201c<strong>Low Voltage DC Micro-Grid Protection<\/strong>\u201d under the supervision of\u00a0<strong>Dr S R Samantaray<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>Shreyasi \u00a0<\/strong>will receive a\u00a0<strong>cash award of Rs 40,000\u00a0<\/strong>and<strong>\u00a0 a citation.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SES M.
