Dr. Sumana Maiti is an Assistant Professor in the School of Electrical and Computer Sciences at the Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar. Before joining IIT Bhubaneswar, she served as an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala for 3 years. She obtained her Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur under the supervision of Prof. Sudip Misra. Dr. Maiti completed her M.Tech in Multimedia and Software Systems from the National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, Kolkata, where she graduated as the gold medalist of her batch. She earned her B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the College of Engineering and Management Kolaghat. Dr. Maiti completed her Secondary and Higher Secondary Examinations from Santaldih Thermal Plant High School. Her research interests include Network Security, IoT Security, and Game Theory.
