Prior to joining IIT Bhubaneswar in January 2023, he was a research associate at Universität Hamburg, Germany, working with Professor Dr. Chris Biemann (November 2019-December 2022). He obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT Kgp) under the supervision of Professor Dr. Pawan Goyal. He completed his Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT Kgp), India, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Anupam Basu. He did his Bachelor of Technology(B.Tech) degree at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Insitute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata.
